- A valid card on file is required to book.
- Remaining balance can be paid in cash (exact change) or tap to pay.
- All services are non-refundable.
- Squeeze-in fee: $50.
- Please read and sign the client intake & consent form before your appointment.
Timing
- 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service.
- 10 minutes late: $15 late fee.
- 15+ minutes late: $25 late fee, or reschedule if she can't take you.
Day of your appointment
- Arrive with clean lashes: no makeup, no mascara.
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
- Remove contacts before your appointment.
- Extra guests aren't allowed during your appointment.
- Short, curly natural lashes aren't serviceable, so please don't book.
